Minister In Training (M.I.T)
The M.I.T program is designed to take deacons and train them to be ministers at the basic level up to Eldership. Ministers will learn the order of the church and how to worship God through the service of hospitality the correct way without the fan fair of ministry. M.I.T teaches them the nuts and bolts of ministry. The proper etiquette and flow of a ministry.
